stars in jars

Aren’t these magical? Easiest DIY you can imagine. Just splatter glow in the dark paint inside mason jars and voila. Stars in a jar.

I love the glow jars, wanting to do it for a camp craft on our overnight. Did you use just regular acrylic glow in the dark paint? It is not cost effective to buy glass paint that glows in the dark, any ideas? Have seen the jars where you break apart glow sticks but for young kids probably not a good idea.

I think either one would be fine; whatever you can get is fine. Yeah, I think breaking glow sticks might be messy and dangerous for very young children, but might be fine if you can control it. I haven’t tried that.
